I was getting super frustrated trying to do a pad sound in Modular/Flexor. I couldn't get more than 3 voices and the type of pad I was using could really use at least 6. So, I wondered what my DSP load was like, and it wasn't bad. It had more to do with lack of communication ports between DSP chips. A web search and I found this:

Works like a charm! Two instances of modular set to two different midi channels and I was golden. I imagine this would also work on other synths like the Zarg instruments.
