Hi..

I'd like to know if it's a good idea to put a DC filter at the mixer output before ASIO driver (for example) to record ? Is there some chance to have a DC component in the signal ?

... I just try to put a DC filter at the mexer output...

Like with stereo expander, stereopan and I don't remember which device else, the volume decreases as soon loaded... I believe it is some kind of issue, no ?

It is not an issue. It is a design implementation to avoid clipping the signal. Simplified - a DC filter centers the waveform around zero. If you have an uneven waveform and at the same time use the full amplitude in both polarities, you will create clipping, when you center the wave form. I am almost 100% sure, that the DC filter in Scope is:

6 dB attenuation
a very low low cut
6 dB variable boost
