Hi there,
sorry - didn't see your post before.

You can find an example of pitch mod on a sample oscillator in my Jaded800 patch.

Download it here:
http://www.modularsynth.co.uk/downloads.html
(or the smaller Jaded400)
and read about it here:
http://www.modularsynth.co.uk/patchpages/jaded800.html

Hope that helps,
Ben

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but there is a pitch modifier on the same osc. It's fed by a 4-way mixer.

Here's a quote from the page
Following this comes the Pitch Mod section. Here we have an ADSR B envelope, a 2-way mixer and a 4-way mixer. Unlike the other sections, here the modulation can be carried out by a mix of both LFO's simultaneously, rather than 1 or the other, so here we have a 2-way mixer to mix the signals from the LFO's, followed by a four way mixer to mix the output of the LFO mixer, the Amp, Velocity and inverted Envelope signals.

My Scope system is boxed up at the moment - just moved back home after 3 months of building work. Once I'm up and running, I'll knock up a small patch to show you.

I've attached a very simple patch which has four presets.
The first two demonstrate pitch modification of a sample osc being done by two different LFO's.
The second two demonstrate pitch modification of a sample osc being done by envelopes.

You'll need to either load the JD800 standalone sample set into the project window before you load the patch, or you can simply replace the samples with your own.

Hope this is what you're looking for.
