I have used the KS88's faders in drawbar mode for some time time now.
I also have used 2 instances of B2003 for a more realistic waterfall dual manual style of performing.
My problem was having the faders on the right side side of the controller always seemed to handcuff me while performing. No biggie. Improvise and overcome.
This was achieved by a 45 USD 4 fader MIDI controller Lexicon use to sell w/ their LPX-1, and LPX-5 units. These are being sold for peanuts on ebay and work perfectly well.
I put mine on the left side of my controller. Since I only really move 4 drawbars at a time this was a perfect solution. The KS88's faders are used for the left handed lower manual, and the MRC goes for controlling the right handed upper manual drawbars.
