FAT-S in an AUX Buss

Post by dawman »

I have been playing with this little sucker for a while now, and love adding FAT to an AUX.

Try it. Then see how it can overdrive your insert FX, just like a Marshall 50watt head will do to the external FX loop feature.

I loaded my Wurlitzer library into a channel where I prefer Scope's Tremolo S in the 1st insert slot of my channel, over the wimpy vibrato that is applied to the ( yawn, yawn ) Mod Wheel. Then crank the AUX up to 100, not 127. You can hear it overdrive and diminish the Tremolo S, just like they do on the big amps. Don't know how Mehdi does this shit, but it fuckin' rocks !!

I can then add more of the Depth ( amount ) on the Tremolo S for a finer adjustment. But this emu is spot on and even has more control options than a real hardware WurlyBird. Make sure that the amounts in the FAT-S are at maximum levels, and then sit back and cook the FAT BASTARD.
