I was just wondering is there was some sort of table that had a list of notes and next to it had the Frequency of that note.

For example -

C1 = 3570.26 HZ
C#1 = 4286.65 HZ
D1 = 5879.22 HZ
D#1= 8560.28 HZ

Is there any thing like this?? Excuse my Lack of music Theory knoledge :-?

Your value for C1 makes no sense when you know that A 440 (tuning fork) is A4.

btw, to flexor users, does flexor have modules that allow you to easily go back and forth between freq and Midi note value? I remember there was a workaround with the stock modIII modules (using the curve scaler I think) but I was wondering if flexor had modules specifically for that purpose.
