Midi cable for Scope home

I've bought a used Scope Home card without the Midi Cables. These Cables are much smaler than a normal Midi cable. Does anybody know where I can get these Cables?
Scope Home + Pulsar 1/ AMD Opteron 2,4 Ghz/ 3 Gig Ram/ Nvidia 7800GT/ a lot of HD Space :-) and Windows 7
