Check the heat issue into your Carillon rack case.
Carillon PC are quiet but, for this reason, often hot inside (low RPM fan, less fresh air in/out windows).
3 Scope cards in a rack case are maybe too much for a sytem without any adjuntive coolinf fan.

start/run "winmsd"/hardware resources/conflicts-sharing.

is the scope card on the list anywhere? if so, what exactly is it sharing with?

If it is a heat issue you can unscrew the four bolts at the front and then remove the blanking plate IF your not using the space for anything of course.

I had the same issue long time ago on my first rack's. Depending on which mobo you have these can be a lifsaver for multiple full length cards.

I had 5 slots filled w/ 3 Scopes, and 2 of these. Way back in the Server Works Chipset days.
