dsp files are missing after installing Scope 4.5

I've just installed my new scope 4.5. When I want to use some synth or effect, they tell me that some dsp files are missing (like ring mod, or other). My HD is clean, reformatted, no previous installation. Where can I find these DSP files ? I didn't have this problem with 4.0...

Scope/App/Bin folder

i have this problem.
when i load sts 5000 i get error message: cant find dsp file recording vxb.
there is Scope/App/Vxb folder. moved this to Scope/App/Bin folder ,but no change.i tried a reinstall.Music Manic,i dont understand the answear

tried FixAttr.it was successful but i still have the problem.
have posted this on Problem Solving and getting help from GaryB.
