I am using the STS2000P sampler (don't let put you off) and I have a layered brass sample, when a note is played below a certain velocity it doesn't play, and if I hit the key hard it also doesn't play put if hit in the middle I get a sound. It is from an akai sample disc, Im asssuming its layered. Is this problem due to a limitation of STS2000 sampler? TIA

If this works the same as a STS3000, you just have to go in the keygroups>main and look at the V-low and V-high parameters, and there is your answer, I think... Set them as you like and see that "edit all" is checked if you want your changes to affect every sample of the program.

Eliam is right, but this work only with STS3000 or higher... In STS2000P you cannot edit programs... (The P stands for Player)
