I have converted some Giga content to STS as an experiment and found that I could delete some layers of the Vintaudio Upright Piano that weren't needed, freeing up 50% more RAM for other samples. The pianos sounded much better than those Soundfont samples which sound as good as my old Ensoniq 8 bit. If one could use the Gigabyte PCI RAM in conjunction w/ this deletion of unneeded velocity layers, I bet STS could be a valuable live sample-playback set-up for live gigs. I would love an all in 1 set-up w/o using GS3 Orchestra live. HDD take a beating in Giga.

Strength Through Superior SHARCS,
