hello,
has anyone tried this one?

..or this one?

It may be a good way to install pulsar pci cards in an external box, from a laptop.

Please let me know if anyone tried it with pulsar/scope system.

Thanks!
ste

To date I've only seen Magma Chassis reported here as being mostly useful (even those have issues under load). The main issue has to do with how critical timing is for Scope cards. I am doubtful that will hold up under heavy use, but it's inexpensive enough I don't see what you'll lose by trying. Please report back if you do so.

I would not dare to try it out. Because you will waste your time and your nerves for nothing.

Ok fair point, Marco points out what you have to lose by trying. :)

I did it, I have made the experience. I would never say anything else. Scope is a princess and a Diva. She doesn't like any experiments with the pci slot. It will take you to hell. I really wasted so many time and I really say no experiments. Scope is maybe running, but with a lot of problems coming one after the other.
