Why not ? Pitaya looks like a measurment app with analog input. If the samplerate frequency input is at least 44.1khz, you'll see Scope sound like in an oscilloscope. But you have a lot of free oscilloscope vst's that can do the same, you just have to feed its asio input with Scope audio signal.
