Title says it all.
This is a step up from my i7 3770S rig.
The i7 4770R / DH87MC w/ HD5200 GFX will be less watts, better GFX and faster CPU execution units.
But for guys with 3 x 32bit PCI cards, this is a way to get the newest low heat stuff, while retaining your cards...

I doubt they have Scope cards though.
Just saying that these Ivy Bridge and Haswells w/ on die GPU and low heat are really good CPUs, and the fact that this year at CES I saw more boards with PCI tells me people made some noise, time will tell.
