Looking to swap to a Os9 Mac for my three cards, could use some insight.
Thanks
What was the last compatible Mac for Scope 4.0
Re: What was the last compatible Mac for Scope 4.0
the most preferred models are the Quicksilver machines, Sawtooth are also quite cool, cheaper
Power Mac G4
the follow-up 'Double-Mirror-Door' works if released before a certain date
(later ones only boot OSX due to a firmware change)
I wouldn't suggest those, the RAM is extremely(!) tricky, the machine can be loud as hell
(frequently nick-named 'hoovercraft')
I'd consider Quicksilver the best Powermac ever, would stay away from dual CPUs
Not sure if it applied to Macs as well, but on Windoze that was a quite cumbersome those days
Scope didn't like it at all.
cheers, Tom

Cards in a Quicksilver here indeed, and an old MDD for the sequencer and stuff.
It's already my second Quicksilver, as the former went broke.
I easily found one for 125,- including a 19" TFT.
