Last year I wrote a song to sell strawberries. This year, the same crew's getting set to sell some summer corns. (coincidentally, I wrote a tune called summer corns last year)

The comping track's ready for a test recordings for vocals toward end of May, and a proper session sometime during June, to be used for a promo event early July. Production wise looks like we're all set. I just need to get the test vocals so I can think up some chorus lines for the June recording. My test vocals attached so you can get a feel for the melody, though it's always difficult to sing in female vocal parts for obvious reasons, lol.

Weird scratchy patch on Alchemy makes an appearance again. Bunch of bells from Synthmaster, bass from Charlatan.

If you agree new jack deserves a second chance, go buy some corn.

I concentrated on wanting to sell corn, and then the song appeared on my hard disk. Hopefully the recording in June goes well. It only takes some mediocre vocals to eff any song up.
