Seems MIDI Filters are all for MIDI Inputs.
Having Filters on Outputs would be extremely useful

Its why I use 4 and 5 Filters, mergers and monitors.

But great device and with snapshots is awesome.

Yeah each of the 4 midi inputs has two filters which can be sent to one or more of 8 outputs, so effectively you have 8 separate filterable midi outs if you want to use it that way.
I think it will probably do all that you need in one device - filter, merge and monitor!

Well golly I hope that's settled. The Z would not be the same if Jimmy had a output filter.

I shall study this even more closely then.
Can you possible add the hover for tips...?

I am serious, I over trained as a performer young, only able to understand in and out.
Ever since I started using Scope I was tripped up by source and destination, once I got it I was OK.
then I added Native and a whole other set of reverse means forward kind of shit.
