I have provided a new version to download.
In this version, man can regulate the noise and leave with DSP-save.
Under the same link two devices are now available.

Just tried it and it's subtle but can make a signal shine or very tight.
You may need to mono the low frequencies if you feed it with a drum loop or bass because the wide effects spreads it.

Nice. Not sure if N series is same.

Hi Peter,

nice device, i want to, and will try ;-). I also made a processor with the k-stereo effect, and was on the release list...haha. nice one!
So it is possible in sdk.

Best use imho is in mastering. A little background info on this processor:
The K-stereo process is described in several patents, and makes use of the haas-delay, which is recreated with
a short delay mixed in a special way, to your ears and mind are tricked....you yourself extract ORIGINAL
ambience from the mix(caused by the delays so that your brain can analyze the ambience/recognise the original ambience.)
....your brain does the processing it. So....the k-stereo process like from bob katz will not work well
with electronic devices, because there is no natural ambience in it. So...best used moderately in mastering stage, or submixes
from natural recordings.

Nice addition to the platform.

Regards,
Ray

Ditto on the try list!

SHEPPi ("Stereo Haas Effect Ping Pong Inverter") is a 32bit VST that I use in Soundforge as is. You can try flipping the phase with the original and it sums to null. I think that's what Katz was after as the ultimate test of the K theory. With jBridge it also works in 64bit DAWs.

Best of all, it's free and sounds great.

There's three patents on the page with block diagrams of the signal processing for each. I don't know if the SDK has all the parts but I would guess this is the place to start.
