Yes I already noticed it. I think I have to regenerate the preset management file...
But meanwhile, you can get through this problem by pressing OK on the 2 messages and then move the WT pot (which is the one suspected to have initial values out of range).

Is that file a wav. file?

I have seen this before when one file is missing. You can bypass using it until the proper placement or recovery of the file is completed.

This looks like another step up the ladder for you Brosky.

Nice Work.

No, no wave file trouble... as there is no wave player inside !!!

I guess the problem is that I modifyed the OSS 107 to get this one done. I was just experimenting by the way and thought I could let you play around with the result of my experimentation.

The reason why we get this message is that the default initial value of the WaveTable is higher than the 64 WaveTable provided. This does not prevent the synth to work but it is still a bit annoying. I guess I know how to fix this (regenerating the preset management part of the device, but I do not have time enough to do this before going on hollidays - far away from my setup). Neverveless, you can still play around with this one and comment about the sound you can get compared to the original. There are also some change in the filter structure. Any comments would help me to see in which direction I should get forward and help to prepare the real next one on which I am working ...

Thank you for the feedback.

It needs "wt541259367.dsp", where I can find it?
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

You cannot find it as it does not exist.
In fact you only have WT1 to WT64.DSP file.
By acknowledging the message and then tweek the WT pot you would get through the problem.
I will solve this ASP but I am going on holliday far away from my SDK tomorrow and won't have time to fix this.
Anyway you should be able to experiment a bit the sound after getting through this problem.

Huro, have a great holiday and thanks for everything.

(when you get back, you can let us know where to find the other 511,259,302 DSP files :P )
The first action people should take is to remove cash from Banrural, and break the banks of corrupt people. #escandalogt

Thanks a lot...

I hope I could find a full 128 presets bank for this beta device when I will come back !

Have an Xiting period meanwhile ...

You are definately onto something with this synth.
I can only get one note working then two are inaudible, but there's a vast amount of sounds I am hearing in the few presets I checked.
I am anxious for your return.
No sense telling you about the minor difficulties as I am sure you know this, but by all means after you return let us know.

Some bugs right off the bat:

1. No polyphony
2. The next note doesn't play until the release from both Filter and Amplitude envelopes have reached their end points.
3. pw range shown number = number - 1 (i.e. 2=1) Also, I think this should be called pB range. Think of the difference between Pulse Width and Pitch Bend.
4. CF tune value are not correctly assigned.

Suggestion: Filter range could be a bit wider

Sounds pretty good though :)
Are we listening?..

Looks like I have a scope crash when closing a project with this version. Do not know where the problem is. Do you have the same problem or is my setup ?

It produces sound but probably not exactly the one you intended.
same for me with this and earlier beta :-?

Funny, I did not have the WT541259367.DSP message anymore with the second version ... at the first attempts but a scope crash when leaving the project.

By aknoledging the messages you should be able to overpass the problem by tweaking the Wavetable Select Knob to make it come back in the 1-64 range (WT01.DSP to WT64.DSP are available).

The sound you get from the preset should be OK as it loads the right WT value. These presets were not intended to be that impressive but more to show the WT01 to WT32 with only the WaveTable oscillator active (level of the Square, Saw Sub and noise is almost "0").

One trick to get rid of this message would be to add the file in your Scope/App/DSP directory but this is just an uggly workaround.

Brotha' Man HUROLURA,

Thanks for making this little gem. I like the sound, it's reminscient of Hummel's Plastic at first listen. But, I have note / on, note / off, and many messages. No longer does the WT DSP.file appear, but some new ones. Also when I load it, it calls up the OSS presets, Is this Kosher?

I have posted the jpeg.'s in hopes of a workaround.

Thanks For Any Help, as I am re discovering many overlookes synths, effect, etc. So I have time to mess around, and still make it to the beach on time.
