old modular patches

Post by Interference »

Hi all,

Do you know where I could found "old" modular patches?

For example I'm looking for the guitar synth patch from alfonso.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the quick answer!

I already tried this website but it looks like the links are broken.

Same thing for Vintage String Ensemble.

Ahh that's bad, maybe somebody else or Alfonso himself :-) can help you out. I have the old patches not available yet.

Yes that would be great.

Don't you think it would be a good idea to put allthese patches and devices on the Z? Is it too big to support this?

If someone can post these patch that would be cooool.

Thanks a lot!

Ben Walker has already started this undertaking: http://forums.planetz.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=29823

I'm also looking into an option using an online version control system to try to make the access to Scope Add-ons easier than it currently is. Hope to be able to post a message with an update on progress soon.

I'm still working slowly on this. First job is just to list all the old patches, and then to try and gather them together, I'll need as much help as I can when the list is complete to try and build this archive. List is about half done, but I reckon there's well over a thousand user patches to be archived. Watch this space.....

if Alfonso or someone else who owns the device guitar synth (modular 2) could reupload it on the forum that would be very nice.

Thanks!

FYI The database now lists all patches from 2000 - 2008 - just a couple of years to go and then the fun begins (ie, locating all the missing patches).

An interesting fact. In 2008. 97 patches were uploaded to PlanetZ and the Aden website. Of these 92 were created by JLS!!!
