Load the *.pro into your Pulsar, load the *.all in Cubase. When you loaded Cubase with that .all file, load the *.vmx file with the Cubase mixer. There is a option to load all cubase mixer settings on the left side of the cubase mixer, "load all mixer settings".

Now switch on the white In Channel Button on your cubase mixer23/24, it is located above the Cubase Mixer channel strip.
