Yes, what about some sort of press release on their site, or an official announcement here on PlanetZ?

Bingo and Shayne,

CWA website is still under constructions in some areas as I am told and I agree the SDK part on the cwa site need to be updated.
I am sure they will get to it soon.
but you can use the agreeement if you like now as I was told by Wolf in Germany that "It's open source, everybody can have a look at it."

Erm, OK...do we have to mail this thing in or can we FAX it? And are there going to be any shipping and handling costs?

Regarding website: I was told they will fix the part about the SDK by end of September hopefully.

Thanks. And do they pay for shipping the CD to you?

Most likely yes they would pay to send the CD. they send the CD regular mail. sending it UPS or Fedex would certainly cost them a bundle and I don't think that is in their budget.
I have not gotten my copy yet but they did not ask me for money.

Hmm, I didn't know they had any money left to pay for shipping...the burden is on us to make cool devices so that more people buy Scope cards!!!!
