When SFP is set to a lower priority this problem was solved on my system. When this regfile is added to the registry (by doubleclicking the file)SFP starts in priority level BelowNormal.
It contains this key:
[ H K E Y _ L O C A L _ M A C H I N E S O F T W A R E M i c r o s o f t W i n d o w s C u r r e n t V e r s i o n R u n ]

" I n i t P u l s a r " = " C : / W I N N T / s y s t e m 3 2 / c m d . e x e / c " s t a r t / B e l o w N o r m a l C : S F P a p p b i n s f p . e x e - s " "
Best regards,
Marc

hehe...helpfull file.

To make it run in Win XP as well open the file with an editor an replace the path:

" I n i t P u l s a r " = " C : / W I N N T / s y s t e m 3 2 / c m d . e x e / c " s t a r t / B e l o w..."

with:

" I n i t P u l s a r " = " C : / W I N D O W S / s y s t e m 3 2 / c m d . e x e / c " s t a r t / B e l o w..."

...for all people who are not that much into MS stuff.

wierd.. when i right click, "save target as.." windows insists that it's an mp3 i'm downloading. and it appears on my desktop as a media player icon.

SORRY,PROBLEM SOLVED! i just had to write " .reg" myself in the download window.

hmm, actually to make it work in ANY MS os, try

" I n i t P u l s a r " = %winrdir%/ s y s t e m 3 2 / c m d . e x e / c " s t a r t / B e l o w N o r m a l C : S F P a p p b i n s f p . e x e - s "

%windir% is automatically replaced by windows at execution time.
notice i also removed the "" in the beginning

njoy,
myaooo!
notice i got rid of the "" in the beginning.
