Midi Conversion (100-128) etc

The zip file contains the chart in Excel and Txt formats.
I haven't gone to the nth degree, rounding up to the nearest whole number (it isn't rocket science)

nice, very usable.
the simpletext file is hardly readable, and should get re-arranged by myself to be able to use it, but the Xcell file opens fine on my mac, and does look good
