try the example projects in SFP/projects/examples - maybe asio ez recording?

but make sure midi source is connected to seq dest.

Also, a good session studying the manual and searching this forum will explain everything :wink:

Thanks Wayne, yeah I definitely have to print out the manual! I just thought that someone might be able to get me quick started.

AUDIO....In Scope place an ASIO2-Flt Source 64 mod, and an ASIO2 Dest mod (for 32 bit recording- use whichever SOURCE mod corresponds with your chosen bit-depth in SX);
In SX/Devices/Device Setup/VST Multitrack, set ASIO driver to ASIO Scope.
Audio coming from SX will then appear at the ASIO source in SFP: send this to the mixer of your choice (micro-mixer is simplest, STM24/48 most complex/real-world).
If you right click the ASIO source you can tell it how many channels you want-choose, say, 32 for 16 stereo busses selectable in SX. If you're in SX2, you'll have to create the busses to send audio to SFP in Devices/VST Connections:
Use add bus to create your 15 extra busses, then save this as a preset.
Goto Devices/VST Outputs & press the reset button to make sure SX sees the busses correctly.
Now you can switch any VST mixer channel to any of your busses to send audio to any channel in Scope.
In SFP, make sure you're sending a mixout to your Analogue Dest or the Dest module which corresponds with the relevant hardware output on your Scope Card (eg SpDif Dest)....then you'll be able to hear what you're doing.

MIDI....If using Scope Midi In, connect Scope Midi Source module to Sequencer Dest so you can get midi to Cubase, then connect Sequencer midi source to any synths etc in SFP. In Cubase use the Creamware Midi In/Out 1 to trigger them.

Hope that helps.
Also, this post should really be in problem solving as this is a place to upload presets you've made.
Cheers & good luck.
