@Marco:
Did you buy from the german website ?

Is the serial able to be activated without internet connection ?

( As far as I understand the P3-Serials, they'll lock to a PC and require online-activation for changes. This scares me, as some companies use the online-activation to render software useless after a certain time. e.g. the games industrie..)

cheskylow gibt's doch 150€ siehe link unten.

The serial number locks to one PC. If you change configuration of the pc you need to re-register and your old PC will unable the software if it goes online to check the magix server. Same has the spectrasonics keyscape and Omnisphere. But you must die one death. What can you do? If the company goes insolvency you get fucked up together with the company.

There is always a risk. And scanning your PC is criminal!
I love sonic core, you can trust!

Where can I get the dongle and has it a name?

I'm shure it is NOT an update!

JoPo wrote: Sat Dec 23, 2017 11:14 am Dante ! Didn't you use Samplitude for decades ? Why did you change for Reason ?
No, that was SiriusBliss http://www.hitfoundry.com/issue_02/samptude.htm. I was always with Reason but slaved to Cubase. But since Reason has surpassed Cubase in a number of areas suitable to my workflow, Cubase is ditched !

nebelfuerst wrote: Sat Dec 30, 2017 6:43 am I'm also looking for a new DAW. I'm a MIDI-guy, so I'm focused on that.
I looked into several DAWs, but they're overloaded with wav-stuff, but lack a proper Midi-support.
How well does Samplitude handle sysex ? Can I define sysex-patterns, which I can reference ?
I wouldn't say samplitude is the best daw for midi ! Apparently, there is no extra-midi feature. And I'll add that midi in cubase, with its logical editor (which works also on midi input & available as real time midi plugin) + some midi plugins is the main reason I can't stop to use it !

Shake hands! I am very excited to see what the sampler offers, 70 GB content for Christmas!

BTW the sampler is aviable as extra package at best service for only 299€! I think that alone is the price worth. I was searching for a great sampling library (Omnisphere 2} but if this is good enough for my needs, I will save the money. But first I was searching for a new DAW, and now it is Samplitude!

Don't expect to much. I am little disapointed. Mixed impressions...Ist solala ;-)...I find the strings ar good..the acoustic Pianos are not so good saxes not good too. I think Rompler are better...but is fast to set up and there is the possibillity to underlay a sin wave from minimax to the sax if you want it 3 dimensional. I miss the depth by the most sampler...but I dont regret, I needet a workstation too..
I like the vita instruments too...

Edit: it was a little bit unfair to compair the sampler without effectediting with the rompler ....after playing around some time I mus say...its ok...it fits my needs
