Looks like a few seq issues are sorted with mention to sb404 and modular module seq1 (for Xite)
I bought this update v7 for 94 Euro and thought that everything will work now, but as soon as I opened the sample STS5000 the 64 bit Windows crashed.
I then read in the release notes that "not all of the known bugs might be fixed".
I think with this price and marketing everything should work.

Hi All, (and gary ;-))

Is there a changelog available? I've just ordered 7, but I would like to know what to expect.

Regards Tom

No promises but v7 provides progress on sts. Notice it does load and play okay now in 64bit. It crashes and is unstable cause of timestretch module. What is back is sampling in general. Mod4 samplers work. More to come based off that..

It's a very old and known bug from back in the creamware days:

yes, i know.
is it too much trouble to send Holger a clear, simple explanation of the problem?

Are the Waves drivers usable now with the v7 ? (I mean to record too !)

I hesitate if I invest in these drivers with my very old cards ...

first, it's not just drivers.

but, to answer your question, no wave driver recording YET. we have been working on that, but decided to release the current driver which IS new, and IS signed. there WILL be an update.

we are working on fixing all the bugs, even very old ones.

I know it is much to ask, but hope is green :)

if Im running Scope PCI and Scope XITE on the same system, then I have to buy it twice yeah ( eg in order to run it on both). If so, and I decide only to upgrade 1 then should be no prob to run Scope 7 on XITE whilst running Scope 5.1 on PCI ?

the same bad news for 64bit XTC, but it's likely that will get fixed this year, as well.

Congrats Holger! Tremendous accomplishment and will power to finish the job after all these years and setbacks. The future is bright! A lesser platform would have crumbled but Scope is mighty and conquers all!

Anyone even remotely thinking about ordering an Xite needs to jump on the insane price being offered right now!
