I wouldn't expect to have any product announcement done before ready to release is ready anymore.
I think the "soon" "joke" with Xite/scope 5 has made everybody more cautious ...

It's going to be soon. There are many developers working on new products as well for the new platform of Scope 6. It's going to be well worth the wait. Create with what you have right now...
