Cool, that´s a step forward.
Now,- I´d wish it had a phase correlation meter and peak/RMS level metering (evtl. switchable to K-metering) built in as a sidebar.
That´s what I miss in SCOPE since I ditched my RME card for XITE-1 and now cannot use RME DigiCheck application anymore.

Is that second image a phase correlation meter?

I also have the Wolf Analyzer Pack (http://wolf-audio.com/wad/devices/Entri ... _Pack.html) but I will buy this one also :)

I noticed the device is not yet on the Sonic Core FTP server.

Thats great .
Can we check analog balanced signal in also.
Its important because we use unballanced signals on Black Star and the Sibirian Pedal,
that they copied. So we maybe can help finding out also for Voice
that have balanced signals.
Clearly we do guitarsetup on compressors to get good sound ,
We have good sound from unbalanced and balanced through ADAT.
Thats not good enough for us , just tell if its only for Synths
Tell us exactly what we can analyse.

I was all excited and ready with credit card thinking we finally had lkfs /lufs metering in scope. But no just another of the same. Someone please.

It looks like the best one yet however.

Don´t know,- others look different though.

Ah, I remember Gary pointed me on this some time ago ...
I´m careful w/ the old Creamware stuff for XITE,- are you running it on XITE-1 and what´s the DSP ?

Now, w/ SCOPE 6 hopefully arriving soon and new devices coming up from S|C (as also 3rd party),- I expect these to be optimized already but I´m not sure on the old stuff, you know.
So, I´d prefer buying new devices in general.

I will buy it also then if you say its a good idea.
For me it seems to be good for the linear research we do.

I'm running it on a PCI system, it's heavy on the DSP usage (the most extensive version of the analyzer adds 6 bars in the DSP meter on a 18 DSP system). On an XITE -1 that would be what... half a bar or something, I'm just guessing here.

Hoorah.

I've been wishing for an analyzer for the xite-1 for time.

This is a 100% purchase for me.

Hoorah once again.

And yes. Finally. :)

Please SC

It appears you have finally (well, not of late) found someone that understands true interfacing between native coding and DSP code, PLEASE FIX YOUR SAMPLERS. I remeber in the good old days, we laughed at all VSTi "samplers" not being able to sample.

Hey, now the _X64 versions doesnt even.. eh... work. For years. And you dont even care to mention this in your shop, you even promote them as 64bit wonders. And please dont say it hasn't been brought to your attention. Atleast be proper and fix your shop with what is 64bit comp and what isn't.

And yes, I am repetative, and i will continue to be :)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

I couldn't agree more about the STS 5000 with unlimited RAM. I know there's many things to be fixed and not enough time, so maybe Scope 6 will fix these.
I am getting the analyzer though, I am not really in need of one since I don't know wtf I am doing, but it might make me look like I know some scientific stuff if it is seen on my screen.
Do the peasants in the USA have to pay VAT....?? If so I wish they would just say here's what this will cost you... :wink:

Besides Thomas makes so much stuff for us for free, it's about time his labor of love get some skins.

Thanks tgstgs and indeed, Merry Christmas to you European heathens...... :D

Analyzers help you see what your ears can not pin point.
You must know this dawman. :p

Well, that's the main thing I want it for.

what about the PCI traffic load?
My memory (what's left) tells me all graphics use the PCI interface, or has this changed now for the fast sharcs of Xite?
As mac user I'm bound to my Quicksilver machine, and I'm asking myself will it work on a so old machine.
As long as the DSps do the job there's no problem but PCI traffic is another story.

if you want a demo, install the plugin and then send the request string to support in a letter specifying a trial key for Analyzer.

left pic shoes two 1 kHz sinus phase inverted;
right pic shoes a historiesed HiHat green vs a bongo beat red;

there are at max 4 audio lines over pci this should not be a probl.

for each curve an own thread is started;
so at max 4 curves it performes best on a 4 core;
the code is as fast as possible depending on your cpu/grafix system to show ideally each sample;
but the code is also nice to other processes so im able to run on a 3GHz single core with wavelab in the background;

if you close the panel all code is bypassed_

it was made to be not just the same as all other;
to give you a non sientific fast overview of whats going on in frequency domain by switching trough the different view modes;
just work with it for a while /compare with others and then judge_

hope you like it vibes

edit:
i have no access to the samplers sourcecode they are NOT made by G.O.S.T.
all our commercial plugs are x64 compatible_

The suggestion of the day:
SC: can you please hand over the source code to tgstgs :D

Anyway, i am looking forward to be getting the key! i love that you can have several sources of audio, easy to have pre- post- check :).
Thanx for brining new stuff to the platform!
