I have missing key RD Drum and have emailed support.

They have had quite a volume of orders so there are bound to be a few omissions in some peoples orders, should be sorted next week.

I have found out from another PlanetZ member the Master Class key is for Quantum Wave and the Orion Custom EX key is for Solaris.

I did not receive my keys yet but I think they're still busy with sending out keys and preparing for NAMM so I won't bother them.

<<---Waits Calm and Patiently. :D

The Sonic Core Way.

I've come to appreciate that S|C is not some Large Corporation with 1000s or even 100s of employees, They are a handful of good people with the right Idea about what music should sound like and function in this day and age of fly by night native solutions. There product is real. There business model is old fashion, kind of like a restaurant that actually makes food from scratch.

When you walk into McDonald's or whatever fast food place you enjoy, you expect the service to cater to you in the fastest way possible, in and out. But the truth is the fast food is not that good for you. But when you go into a real from scratch diner, you wait sometimes 30 minutes for your food, and when you get it, it is the best damn meal you've had. I think we as consumers have gotten so use to the hi-speed nature of our corporate backed digital and technological cultures that we've forgotten the Old Mantra: The best things come to those who wait!. yep, its all gimme gimme now!! or I'll go elsewhere, me included. This is not to anyone in particular just my reasoning and observations.

Not that anyone asked :D

Agreed.

Scope - though is fast after-the-fact....
switching synths at the push of a button, control of parameters in basically real-time, laying down tracks.... very fast.
...although native is just about as fast, there is still that slight sluggishness running in/out of the plugins and VSTi synths. It gets worse when more and more VSTis are used - no matter how robust your system is.

When I ordered my Scope PCI cards some years ago at Thomann I had to wait for 6 weeks before I got them (something went wrong with the order). I spend those 6 weeks working with my Nord Modular G2 and I learned very much about this synth. When I finally installed the cards I requested the serials and I was planning on Scoping for the hole evening but that didn't happen because of the waiting. Then in the middle of the night I got an e-mail from Sonic Core with my keys and I did not get much sleep that night :) Then I knew this was a special kind of company ;)

Buying gear for the last 20 years has increased my patience capacity enormously.

thanks all for your patience.

S|C was indeed blindsided by the scope(wow a pun!) of the response. i can personally attest to the fact that everyone is working almost around the clock on a makeshift table in my studio making keys and answering mail. it's brutal, but it's a good thing...
