Good News.
Hopefully it will explain the benefits of having the RAM on the DSP.
Then maybe some will be knowledgable to take advantage of it and give us the same sound
hardware reverb gets. Instead of these modern day tail makers, and IR's layered onto the audio..yecchhh.. :x

Out of curiousity, will it only be released to xite owners?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Filled out and submitted the form. I've been waiting for a new SDK which also works with Scope 5 for a while, so I'm pretty excited about this. Hopefully it's not only for XITE users. If it is, then guys like me who don't have XITE will need to carry on using Scope 4 on their development system.

It would be cool if we could get this clarified. It's quite important.

well, imho it's an invitation to registered SDK users to buy an XITE fo a very special price...
the link isn't accessible from the regular browsing level of the site, so you have to know it's path
i.e. received the SDK newsletter ... or read planetZ... ;) :D

cheers, Tom

Mail received from S|C ...

Sounds (what else since we are talking about music) like an upgraded 5.1 driver for the SDK.
So I guess the tool would still be quite similar.

OK, so then waiting for a download link, a new SDK key and relaunch projects.

it's a nice offer to the long timer SDK users who don't have XITE yet.

taking advantage of it if you can, helps ensure that the handful of folks at S|C will be able to continue Scope's revival(so does telling your friends). there are lot's of things planned and all that's required is money. this SDK is just the tip of the iceberg.

im allready trying! :D
I recently fell in love with scope again.. i even stopped using XTC mode because of the endless problems with it (not stable - yet) and fell in love with the flexibility of the system and the synths.. the are seriously powerfull and there is nothing quite like scope out there...
off to tell everyone :)

Sorry, I didn't want to confuse anybody or publish any secrets... :D
As I read it, it's an offer for the old SDK users...

the new SDK is for everyone(who has at least a 14 dsp card).
the 40% discount offer is just a great deal as a "thank you", for those who participate and a way to give a bump to the next level of developement at S|C.
