Wow this app is simply amazing!! Running on my android phone at present but is available for iphone/ipad, mac and pc platforms too! This is a great modular synth that you can take anywhere and then work on the studio at a later date.
Still in beta and free but pro version 1 will be coming soon. check it out!

Gave up so soon!?

It's early days for android OS, the iphone has been out for some time now so naturally there is more development and of course porting to the ipad wouldn't be a headache. There are already a few apps to try although some are more inspiring than others.

Have you tried uloops?

Uloops Music Composer it's a complete composition environment for android devices. Make hi-quality tracks using three concepts: Song, Loop and Devices (including Synthesizers, Drum Machines, Modulators and Recorders). Publish your songs in our community and adapt the work from others to your compositions.
