I reccon the delay compensation will only be active for RECORDED tracks, not for the ones you play live. Cubase cannot program notes 23ms before you play
Or did you record the tracks already?

As far as I know, Cubase can put notes up to one second before the next event.
So this shouldn't be the problem.

When I have to record the Pulsar VSTi in order to sync them, then I will go the old way with the standard pulsar interface.
Synth -> Mixer -> Asio dest.
And this way I can even put some 32bit TT on the track

"Cubase can put notes up to one second before the next event"
when recorded, yes. but it cannot predict when you are going to play live on it.

u could use a non-XTC VST synth to play for recording so you play it with low latency, and replace it later w an XTC synth. cos once record, Cubase can adjust for latency.

An archaeological dig!

Funnily enough, i was still using this until last month (as a tape deck), until buying Sonar 8.5 :)

So do I. And it seems to me that I should let the older songs stay in my old Cubase VST 5.1. Every time when I try to import an old Cubase song to my "new" Cubase SL 3 :D :D :D I will lose some important infos or tracks or adjustments or... or... or...
