Ultimate Presets Thread Updated (22.01.10)

Very minor update to my Ultimate Presets thread: first there's a few new presets for Lightwave (plus a couple of other banks by JLS and michu - michu where are you?) and also a very minor update to the BlueSynth's presets - a few i thought could be tweaked a bit better and MIDI clock added to LFO settings for better syncing to tracks.

4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.
