file uploads 2mb are failing (now fixed)

hey folks,

i'm trying to work out a bug which is preventing file uploads > 2mb in size. i'll let you know when it's resolved. for now, please wait to upload if your file is > 2mb

ok this is fixed now -- the PHP server was configured incorrectly. it should now be good for files up to 8mb.
