I send a mail to creamware with your question, and they told me that you must contact your local dealer for a copy !!!

What do you mean, is it for everybody? Or is it only for those who own Pulsar II? How does it work please?

everyone who´s fast enough can get one of the promotional copies distributed by creamware dealers... the same who distribute the version which you have to pay for.
...and you register it at creamware´s website. that´s all.

but take care. it´s not only coming with limited functionality, it uses up your whole cpu with just a few voices. it´s crap. they want it to get all native working people think "oh, looks like i _need_ dsp´s now..."

i don´t think that´s a good idea, creamware... please update it, because there are far better alternatives, like exs and gigastuff...

I just received my copy from the Messe.
Only one limitation (no Program Pool) and no CPU issues. Didn't test very much but seems to work quite well.

i should apologize for posting something about the VS before testing it by myself.
i did only read the bad comment of someone else.
another one did post something like that:
"after re-installing everything was fine, no high cpu-load or else"

i hope tomorrow my copy reaches me...
