DSPS problems starting windows

Hello good day. I have the following problem. I have 2 pulsar connected to an adapter converter to pci express and when I turn on Windows... me the problem of ...A commünication error with Pulsar2 (brd1) has occured. This problem can normally be corrected by relcading the DSPS. Do you want to try that?
I call the DSPS I save the project. I turn off the computer and give me the same problem again. Has someone happened or knows how to fix it?.
In the reboot it works well it is only when I turn off and on.

are you allowing the computer to sleep?
if the computer sleeps, it stops providing power to the card. when the computer wakes up, it does not recognize the card. you must fully shut the computer down and then boot from a powered off condition.
