Looks like you have a capacitor gone bad, or the solder pad for one. Easy fix for someone with the right skills.
Re: 6 dsp pulsar 2 don't start :(
yeah, probably one of the big capacitors...
Re: 6 dsp pulsar 2 don't start :(
I guess one of the bottom 2 left of the voltage regulator (bottom right of the board) fell off.
(had the same error with my Pulsar One)

Unless it's bulging noticeably, you may need to test them for the proper readings to determine which component(s) have failed.
Re: 6 dsp pulsar 2 don't start :(
yes, it's about those caps you marked, but the 2 right above may be considered as well.
(in the old design those were a row of 4 at the very bottom)
You may inspect the solder pads with a magnifier glas for cracks, as none of them has fallen off yet.
There may be leakage at the bottom (which is invisible).
If none of you is tech savvy the best option is to find someone at a repair shop to handle it.
(it's not a big deal and no circuit details are required)

Re: 6 dsp pulsar 2 don't start :(
In my case it was a cracked connection with one of the ones between the SHARC chips. If there isn't obvious physical damage some quick work with an oscilloscope can track it down. If a repair tech is hesitant to do board level repair tell him or her "it's just a filter cap problem" and they'll know what to do.
