Did you add a wave source and destination module in the Scope routing window. If not, load those and connect wave destination to synth and wave source to mixer, then reload Wavelab, select the Scope PCI wave and try again. Hope that helps.

is the driver installed?
what driver is shown in the device manager?

the v5.1 driver is not very happy in win10, as the driver is not signed and win10 likes to delete it.
to install the driver, you must temporarily disable driver signature enforcement. google "disable driver signature enforcement Windows 10" for instructions.

do you have the Wavelab fix, made by Steinberg?

Hi Gary thanks for the reply - I run my W10 [and old W7] in Test mode to avoid driver issues so all is good there and I reinstalled scope 1 week ago
When I load a backup of windows 7 everything works ok - but now for a year I have been using windows 10 which is upgraded from my windows 7 installation and nothing seems to work just for the Input of wave in .

I forgot about that registry tweak as it was so many years ago that I had to apply it and that has solved the problem of Asio devices not being detected - But the wave input still cannot be found - that is not too much of a problem as I can just route the wave into Asio so all is good now.

Gary - I need some more advice as I have been offered another Pulsar 2 - I am running scope 5.1 with many plugins and the new card would be running Scope 4.5 & I'm using Windows 10 64 Bit so Do both cards need to be running the same version of Scope as I just want to use the extra DSPs off the other card ??
and can I run my plugins on the other cards dsps. If I need to upgrade the other card to 5.1 then 249 euro upgrade would just make it not cost viable on top of buying the card.

[ I know a stdm cable is needed ]

Thanks

If you are running both the cards in the same PC, then the second card will run along side the first card in Scope 5.1.
