AuxRack does not work!!

I have the problem that when I load the AuxRack device and connect the same stereo output from my Adat source to several AuxRack inputs, only the L connections are kept, but not the R ones, when I open the project again. I have tried to reload the device and it happens the same ... Can someone help me ???

i've never seen this, but i usually use the aux racks inside mixer inserts.
reconnect the missing cable and then write an email to SC and let them know about your issue, so that it might get fixed eventually.

How strange, I can not insert the AuxRack in any mixer (or any module of the Mix menu from Routing Window). Yes of course the MultiFX, but I want to create connections in parallel not in series. I will inform SC of this problem. Thanks Gary

oops, my mistake. yes, i thought you meant the MultiFX. yes, write in to SC.
