Wave sources swapping L/R channels

Post by Jonathan T »

Hello

Is there an issue with the Wave sources in Scope 5.1 swapping left and right channels?

If I play back a stereo file via the Asio inputs e.g. from a DAW all is correct with the stereo image.

If I use the Wave source e.g. as used by Windows Media Player, video editing programs etc. the left and right are flipped.

This is under Win 10 or Win 7. I wonder if this is a known issue or if anyone else has experienced this.

Many Thanks

Jonathan

He he
It only happens with the Wave source not the Asio. I've reversed the Wave inputs L/R to the STM 2448 mixer which sorts it out

Yeah, I remember having the same issue. As far as i can tell you are right, but last time i checked it only concerns "Wave Source". If you use "Wave 24bit source", the stereo is correct.

Edit: removed some jibberish.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

I always use Wave 24 bit source.
Strictly for cheap rehearsal methods.
Or adding special FX to porn movies.
