I have two Scopes and a Pulsar 2 cabled together that have always worked fine. One of Scopes just stopped working- the first one that has a power connection for reasons I don't recall. My problem is two fold- first diagnosing or fixing the board, but more immediately I have a lot of software that was registered to that board that I cannot currently use since the board does not appear. In the worst case if the board is dead how do I access the software? Right now only the second Scope board and the Pulsar 2 appear in the registration window.
Any idea of 1. what to do about the board and 2. get use of the software would be appreciated.
One of 3 DSP boards stopped working; how to use software?
