I'm actually using my Iphone to post...and that picture was taken with it...maybe the resolution was too high...

edit, I have a free Adobe Photoshop Express app on my iPhone, dunno if it allows resizing. I guess though.

that pic is not useful. irqs are not handled in the bios and haven't been for a few years now.

you need to check system information in windows, hardware resources\conflicts/sharing....

Mmm I believe my pc is in pC standard mode, not acpi...

Are you on xp or win 7 and which version of that?

ACPI Is what you should use.

Edit: You need xp pro or win 7 pro to support dual socket boards.

Here I am...
Sorry for the wrong info.
Actually I use XP pro and I'm in ACPI mode.
Here's what happened today:
1) I cleaned adat ports as suggested
2) I took pf I/o plates and mounted them again
3) I disabled the usb port that shared Irq with one of the Pulsar2 cards and the graphics card.
4) I disabled "reset card if idle"
Result: One of the adat ports still doesn't work...while the other one (on the third card) seems to work (but I tested it only for one hour)...
The card in which sits the "broken" adat port is the only one that shares irq with the graphics card, an AGP Matrox G550. There 's no way to disable that sharing, no way.

Now , some personal thoughts and questions:
1)First of all, here's a picture that shows how the 3 Pulsar2 cards and Syncplate are connected:

Is it correct? Are stdm cables correctly mounted? I could try moving the connection to the other slot....does it make sense?
Notice the red mark on the stdm that links the three cards...is it on the correct side?
2) Could it be an issue regarding the matrox card? I could try an Ati Radeon (on AGP) or a Nvidia on PCI...could it be a solution in your opinion? Any experience with a matrox and Scope system?
3) What else would you do or try at this point?

1. yes, that looks correct. you can try connecting the syncplate to the first card to see if it works better, but it shouldn't matter that much. the red mark doesn't matter.

2. no.

3. that seems to cover it. you could try reseating the i/o card again on the one that doesn't work...
