cant`t find DSP file oscar.dll Please check instalation

This happend to me for the first time today ?

I´m running Cubase 6.05 and Scope V 5 in XTC mode . Everything is working Ok but
the Optimaster . I can open Optimaster in Cubase but when I try to open it in
my Scope mixer it says :cant`t find DSP file oscar.dll Please check installation .
And Yes its true, I can´t find it either. Only found a file named oscarin.dll .

Scope is running as admin and so is Cubase . This problem just came out of the blue ?
Also running Windows 7 32bit

any suggestion about whats wrong ?

same for me under win64...

if Scope cannot find a DSP file that usually means something with Windoze's file access rights went wrong
(often just out of the blue...)
if you do a search for 'missing dsp file' here , you'll find the proper command line that will fix it
normally this refers to the .dsp files in Scopes binary directory - not to real dll-libs
and the name itself doesn't refer to a filename either but a function call
(that's why you'll never find what it's complaining about)
afaik some Scope stuff is just renamed dll in XTC-mode for loading purpose (never used it myself)
it's just a small inconvenience... easy to fix

and why would Optimaster need some extra dsp file for xtc mode? in scope it works okay!

you mean that you are running Cubase "as administrator"? you started Cubase with a right-click and chose "run as administrator" and then answered "yes" when asked if it's ok for Cubase to make changes to the system?
