scope board fail to import alkeys

hi all
i need advice on how to deal with ma scope board failing to import the allkeys ?
asus;p5wd2-E premium:
1 x scope 15dsp.
1 x scope 15 dsp SRB board.
i welcome all advice.

Did you change Scope OS version? v5 needs other keys than v4/4.5.. You can aqcuire them by sending your old allkeys to support @ S|C.
If you didn't change Scope OS version, I'd try re-seating the card in its PCI slot. If that doesn't work, I'd email S|C too.
Always include your hardware serial number and optionally current allkeys file when emailing S|C.

I have my problem solved,i send my registered strings to the S|C support section,& i had new key file,which is working fine now.
thanx you all,especially to the S|C support for their quick handling.
