I downloaded yesterday the x-mas plug-ins but I don't know how to install the .oxe file.
Anyone knows something about it?

Just doubleclick the oxe file, and restart the pulsar software.

From previous instructions on modules, etc that I have bought... you have to have pulsar running first... then double-click on the .oxe file to install it.
