Hi again, fellow pulsarians.

I recently purchased the Zarg Ambient synth, but Im having trouble installing the bugger.

When I unstuff the BIN fle I get two files:

*serialnumber*_Ambient_2.0.ox_V.ungz

*serialnumber*_Ambient_2.0.ox_V3

Information on how to proceed on the Creamware website is sparse, and I cant figure out how to install this.

Anyone have an idea of what to do?

Thanks in advance.

I have no experience with these files. You could write John Bowen (he's very helpfull) or try your luck on http://www.johnbowen.com/discussionthreads/

Ignore the .ungz file.

Rename the other file so it just ends with ".oxe". You should be able to click on it then and have the installer place all the files in the right place. However, if that doesn't work, see elsewhere on PlanetZ where I describe installing PC files on a Macintosh Pulsar. That works no matter which flavor of ".oxe" file you may have.

Thanks Gregory.

I found that post of yours where you described using PC demos on the Mac, and it worked.

I put the oxe file in a folder named "oxe" in the app folder and started the SFP application. Excellent
