I've made some debugging on RackSynth, it now works how it should be. Now there are two Adsr EGs, one for the VCA only (Vca-Adsr), the other for modulating Pitch, PWM, Filter, or Volume (Mod-Adsr). I've also fixed some issues regarding modulation sources and polyphony. Update can be downloaded here ...
