Re: Giada causes BSOD in Scope.sys

Yeah,- but regardless which plugin/device it is,- the Reaper ReaRoute ASIO driver adds a lot of latency. With XITE-1 and my DAW (Win7 Pro SP1 x64), Presonus Studio One Pro 4.x, Tracktion 7, Reason 10.4 / 11.3.9 and Reaper v6.36, I´m @ 128 samples buffer size, 44.1k. Anyway,- for recording/mixing it...

Re: Giada causes BSOD in Scope.sys

Might be a bit O.T., maybe not ... I see a few VSTis not recognizing SCOPE ASIO when the plugin is able to run in standalone mode and you try to. Dexed http://asb2m10.github.io/dexed/ is one of these. It already happens in Win 7 Pro SP1 x64. It´s simply impossible selecting SCOPE ASIO driver in the...

If the problem is caused by bad power, it would make sense to use one UPS unit for the XIte.

Re: No sound from reverbs on Scope PCI 5.1

Is it imaginable the problem is the dual boot/ 2 different SCOPE systems on the same machine? When I used SCOPE/XITE 5.1 32Bit on my WinXP SP3 DAW rackmount, the reverbs worked flawlessly. The dual boot points to two different drives, so there is nothing shared between them. Don't the reverbs use t...

No sound from reverbs on Scope PCI 5.1 [Solved]

Hi, I only used this system with Scope synthesizers and never used reverbs, but today for the first time I noticed that there is no sound from reverbs. The dry sound is passed through, but the wet one is silent. It's the same with all reverbs from Masterverb to RMX160. The system is based on WIndows...

Re: How many of you use several scope PS at the same time?

I use Xite-1 on the main computer and 2 vintage computers running Windows XP with mixed Scope and Pulsar cards. I control them over remote desktop to avoid using additional displays and as remote software i'm using Radmin which is the one that is very lightweight and at the same time it allows for f...

Re: dNa devices opened on load

Hi, it works here, have you tried to:

1. Close the DNA device GUI
2. save the actual screen set by unlocking the padlock and locking it again
3. save the project

Re: gigabyte x58 ud4 and windows 10

Had the UD7 model, it's a solid motherboard, only 2 issues were slow post initialization and the low quality Marvell SATA chipset. Your model should be free from the Marvell. Also it's a motherboard very selective on the installed RAM, so check compatibility and don't use mixed RAM. It's a very good...

I think so :)

There is some video demoing it.

I tried to contact the developer some months ago to obtain information about SDK developing on it, but never got an answer.

Re: Win10 Crackles

From the link to the Ableton forum above: The file name is Options.txt and the option is -_ForceGdiBackend GDI+ is XP era (GDI for NT4/Win98/ME). My understanding was that the DWM didn't allow GDI+ to run any longer but rather ran it emulated. Either way, glad that this got it working, interesting ...

Re: Win10 Crackles

It''s rare that certified RAM makes a difference, though in our current era using RAM that runs at JEDEC speeds versus XMP Profiles MAY in some cases improve stability (XMP overclocks RAM past JEDEC defaults, and changes timings, which in most cases is fine but it can reduce the lifespan of RAM or ...

I've put in two banks of 100% certified RAM for this machine in the right slots. And I've disabled Control Flow Guard.

Didn't help...:(
This is bad news, I'll let you know if I find some other possible solution that matches your problem.

Re: Win10 Crackles

Also, after reading your benchmarks, i'm pointing you on some solutions related to directx and stuttering, trying it costs nothing, in short disable Control Flow Guard for Live.
