Re: cubase sx 3 wont start
No driver, but in your start project you should have an ASIO source modul. Cubase should recognise this. Without ASIO source Cubase won't start.

Re: 1 vs 2 computer setups
That's great, working with 2 PCs. On my first PC there are working a 14DSP card together with a 4DSP Pulsar1. I need the ADAT I/Os. On the 2nd PC (where I write these words) there is installed a Luna2 together with another Pulsar1. I take it to make bigger arrangements with the STS3000 etc. I can fu...

Re: i´m new
Hi. You can change the latency in live bar\set\settings\ulli in your scope window.
And when you connect ASIO source with analog dest, you should hear something. Be sure that the settings in Cubase are also correct - something like scope out or luna out.
And - - - RTFM!!!

Yes, there are only the .nki-files.
The samples? I don't know. Try to contact Stige.
Good luck, Thomas

Re: Cubase 4.0 / GVI & LSAD
I've had a similar problem with Cubase SL3.1. It was a ride cymbal, played in 8ths. There were some drop-outs, too. One solution could be: make a second track with the same instrument and let it play the missing notes. Btw there were also some drop-outs when I bounced this MIDI-track to an audio-tra...

Re: Can 2 luna work togheter?
Seems like a bargain. I would buy this little bundle.
Be sure that Luna is the first card in your cset.ini because of the latency.

Thank you for the reply. I have all the .sts- and .wav-files.
The King of Snake made the .kit-files for Battery. Look here:
http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic ... 13&t=13327
But they seem not to be available now.
Merci, Thomas

Help! Battery patches of Stiges drums lost!
Hi all,
today I realized that I lost my .kit-files from my beloved Stige-drums. It seems to be related to a HD-crash I had for a while.
The samples are saved, only the two .kit-files (normal and ambient) are lost. Here in Z I couldn't find them.
Who can help?
Thanks,
Thomas

Re: Decisions, Decisions - can you advise?
I have installed VST 5.1 and SL 3 on the same DAW, no probs. SL is enough for me, I never missed a function of SX.
I watch the Cubase forum , that's why I didn't buy any Cubase 4 version.

Re: Scope and External Hardware Latency
Why don't you connect your Roland module to your other Scope cards? Look: This chain of MIDI out - MIDI in and the latency of your Scope cards makes a sum of time you can feel. Try to simplify this chain. I have 2 DAWs, too. But all hardware sound modules are connected to the 1st DAW with a cheap Fo...

Re: STS 5000 - one mono sample
When you use a mono sample, I would always route it to an individual output and let it mono. You don't waste your memory and you have never any problems with unwanted panning or phase correlation. The volume should be the same. Be sure that you draw the main level to 0 and the individual level to 90...
